We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express.
Our delivery service is second to none. All orders will require a signature for your security. We regret that we are unable to deliver to a PO Box or hotels.
Once you have placed an order, we will deliver on the day of your choice within 7 days. As soon as you have placed your order we will contact you to discuss your chosen delivery date and time. We will keep you updated continually on the progress of you order.
We are delighted to take international orders. However, we cannot accept via our website at present. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance with international orders.
Please note that all orders are shipped in high quality, bespoke Myne London stunning boxes. If the order is a gift, we can enclose a gift card with a personalised, handwritten message. At the checkout, please enter your message in the gift card notes section. Please also specify if you require a gift receipt rather than a regular receipt.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed.
You will then receive an email and phone call once the order has been despatched. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time regarding your delivery.
We have a no quibbles returns policy. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Myne London order. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of non-bespoke, non-modified, unworn and undamaged items within the original packaging, within 7 days from delivery date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the items are received back to us. For all international order returns please contact email@example.com for return shipping costs due.
SIZING & REPAIRS
